• Profile Data: Including your name, age, gender, location, and relationship preferences.
• Photos: Images you upload to verify your identity and connect with the community.
• Language Preferences: Your native language and the languages you are learning or wish to practice.

2. Data Security & Retention

We deploy industry-leading encryption protocols to ensure your data remains secure. Your data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services and is securely deleted upon account closure.

Terms of Use

1. Strict Age Requirement

Mook is a platform strictly designed for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this application. We do not permit minors on our platform under any circumstances. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately and permanently deleted without notice.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy (User-Generated Content)

Mook maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation of other users.
• The creation, upload, sharing, or promotion of sexually explicit material.
• Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or inciting violence.

Violators of this policy will have their accounts permanently banned from the Mook platform.

3. Content Moderation & User Reporting

Users are solely responsible for the content they create and share. To maintain a premium and safe environment, Mook provides robust in-app tools allowing you to block and report abusive users or inappropriate content at any time. All reported content is reviewed promptly by our dedicated moderation team, and violating accounts are removed swiftly.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Mook grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the app. This license is exclusively for allowing you to use and enjoy the app's benefits as intended by Mook.

2. CSAM / CSAE Prohibition

Any violation of this strict prohibition will result in the following immediate actions:

• Immediate and irreversible termination of your account.
• Secure preservation of all related data, metadata, and evidence.
• Immediate reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities and international agencies (e.g., NCMEC).

3. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Mook application at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this EULA or our broader community guidelines.
